April 2008 - Overview of Trip

 Mark S Disbrow will travel to Uganda and Kenya on mission to meet new fellowships and revisit old friends. This trip includes meeting Word of Grace Bible College. He will attend their graduation ceremony and provide them with new curriculum to expand their pastoral training.

Purpose of Africa Mission Trip

1. Give basic pastoral training to groups.
2. Conduct personal evangelism and revivals to draw people into the Kingdom and into the churches of the pastor trainees.
3. Plant and/or strengthen 3 Bible colleges in the region.

Overview of Mission Trip


Del Norte - Pastor Mark S Disbrow of Del Norte and Pastor Ernest Poncet of Bishop, CA traveled to India and trained pastors of rural churches in Manipur and Andhra Pradesh.

rural church indiaThe trip began on April 2 continuing through April 24, 2007. The purpose of the mission trip was to conduct basic pastoral training for five days in each of two regions. They led personal evangelism efforts and church revivals designed to draw people into the local churches. The men taught and demonstrated the principles of a local church supporting itself.

Fruit of the Mission Trip to India

75 people received salvation
Visited 13 churches in three distinct geographical areas
Taught 50+ pastors and leaders for a combined 100 hours of instruction
Accomplished preliminary survey for 3 Bible college locations
Prayed individually for hundreds of people
Baptized 6
