PBU Offices are open to accept phone calls Monday-Thursday, except for holiday breaks. Offices are closed on Fridays.

When difficulties or questions are encountered regarding a course, a student may get assistance by contacting Patriot Bible University. Due to our work load, students need to give a description of their problem by e-mail or to the Office Administrator by phone. An Academic Advisor will respond (usually within 24 hours) by e-mail or phone.

Transcripts may be requested by our secure email or by mail or by fax. 
YOU MUST REMIT A TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM.

Please specify how many copies you want and the address 
you want them sent to.

The first copy is free and thereafter they are $ 5. This policy applies whether you are 
a current, inactive, or a graduate student i.e. applies to everyone. 

Important Notes:

• Allow 5-7 working days for processing, plus mail delivery time.

• If you have ordered an official transcript in the past, a fee of $ 5 per transcript must accompany your request.
